As we enter the final quarter of the year, works continue to progress across the final Stages around Elements. Line marking alongside Sewer, Water & Electrical testing have all recently been completed in Stage 25 and Practical Completion (PC) was recently achieved.

As we enter Spring works around Elements continue to progress across the final Stages. The finishing works on Stage 25 are underway with topsoiling, asphalting, line marking and final lot survey pegging recently completed.

It’s been a busy start to the year at Elements, with works over various stages progressing towards completion. In Stage 25, the concrete pours for footpaths and crossovers have recently been completed, with topsoiling works and authority testing currently underway.

This month at Elements, our team has been working hard as various Stages continue to take shape and progress towards completion. In Stage 25, footpath and crossover construction is underway following the recent completion of electrical and communications installations.
