Sales and Construction Update

As we enter Spring works around Elements continue to progress across the final Stages.

The finishing works on Stage 25 are underway with topsoiling, asphalting, line marking and final lot survey pegging recently completed.  Authority testing is currently underway ahead of soon reaching Practical Completion (PC) and Statement of Compliance (SOC) on the Stage. Once SOC is received, Stage 25 will then be submitted to the Land Titles Office for Registration, with settlements anticipated to occur October 2022.

Over in Stage 26, installations of electrical and communications cabling was recently completed. Concrete pours to footpaths and vehicle crossovers are currently progressing. Sewer and water services testing is also underway. The team are working towards an anticipated Titles Registration in October 2022.
