Elements celebrates successful launch of second display village The second display village at Elements is officially open, following a fun-filled launch event that saw close to 500 people celebrate with the ID_Land team. Several home builders, including Homebuyers Centre, Carlisle Homes, Burbank, Simonds, and Boutique debuted brand new display homes while food trucks, activities, and live music kept the crowd entertained.

The burgeoning community of Elements is continuing to evolve before our eyes, with construction progressing rapidly across the estate. Stages 7, 13, and 14 have seen crucial electrical works completed – one of the final steps before civil works reach completion.

Time is flying this year already and here at Elements construction is too.  Since the beginning of the year, our construction team have been working hard and as a result, we are excited to announce the launch of our brand new Sales Office, located on the corner of Morris and Dohertys Road, within our second display village.

  Arndell Park Community Centre invites locals to help the community celebrate International Women’s Day and Harmony Day 2019.   International Women’s Day  Kicking off the celebrations on Friday, 8 March, International Women’s Day inspires and unites women globally to take action and strive for a gender-balanced world.

On Saturday, 2 March from 11:00am – 2:00pm children and parents are invited to come to the playground opposite Penrose Promenade Community Centre in Tarneit to enjoy an afternoon of creativity in the park. Craft activities, rock painting, and a treasure hunt will transport young ones into an imaginative world of their own, while a free barbecue will give parents a chance to get to know their fellow community members.
