SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

The burgeoning community of Elements is continuing to evolve before our eyes, with construction progressing rapidly across the estate.

Stages 7, 13, and 14 have seen crucial electrical works completed – one of the final steps before civil works reach completion. Concrete works are progressing across Stage 15, while in Stages 17 and 18 Asphalting – the final part of the process – is well underway, and in Stage 19, kerb and channel is ready to commence. This brings home owners across a multitude of stages, one step closer to receiving their titles.

Road capping has commenced in Stage 20, with this below-ground foundational layer between soil and asphalt clearing the way for roads to be built. Also below the surface, important drainage works are being finalised in Stage 22, meaning that water and gas works can soon commence.

Our community is continuing to grow, with 1,068 sales to date. Residents will enjoy living nearby to several family-friendly amenities, such as Tarneit Gardens Shopping Centre and Westbourne Grammar School, while the future Town Centre at Elements will be the perfect place for neighbours to pick up essential supplies, bump into each other, and stop for a chat.
