As the warmer weather heads our way, construction continues at Elements and sales are stronger than ever before. Early August saw the release of The Riviera Release 17B, which had significant uptake from eager purchasers looking to make the move to Elements.

The arrival of winter brings plenty of construction progress at Elements as a number of stages and amenity continue to forge ahead. Residents will be delighted to see progress as more ground is continually broken and pathways are forged across the community.

The cooler weather has officially arrived and with many rainy days on their way it’s time to get creative with these fun craft activities that will occupy the kids for hours on end. Create a fort!

It’s been a big year for Elements so far, with sustained sales demand seeing an average of 30 sales achieved per month. With construction well underway across the community, the first of many new parklands all but complete and many residents already living in the establishing surrounds, there are many great reasons to call Elements home.

Thanks to everyone who attended our event on Saturday 30 March to celebrate the launch of our new display village! We are happy to report over 400 people visited the community with the food trucks, reptile zoo and face painting all proving extremely popular.

The only way to enjoy all the best that the Wyndam area has to offer is at The World’s Longest Lunch. Nestled in the historic grounds of the Werribee Park, the Shadowfax Winery will play host to the highlight of Victoria’s social and culinary calendar.

Christmas is right around the corner, and in the blink of an eye 2017 will be upon us. Even though the end of the year is fast approaching, construction at Elements has definitely not slowed down!

Leading Melbourne-based developer ID_Land has been honoured by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA Vic), with its project, The Barkly, winning the Medium Density category at the 2016 UDIA Awards for Excellence. Commencing construction in January 2015 and reaching completion earlier this year, The Barkly consists of 65 design-led townhomes that launched to the public in late 2013 and subsequently reached 100 per cent sold after just three months on market.
