With the end of 2018 quickly approaching, the progress that has occurred at Elements over the last couple of months. We are pleased to announce that this month we have received statement of compliance for Stage16, meaning 121 new purchasers will settle on their blocks later this month, with construction on their homes to begin shortly after.

On Friday, 26 October the Werribee Italian Sports Club is hosting an exciting Moonlight Market for the wider community to enjoy. Take your time exploring the undercover market area, maybe shopping for the perfect gift or a little something for yourself.

From Tuesday, 25 September until Thursday, 4 October, the Circle of Friends School Holiday Program is here to make sure kids stay active and entertained these school holidays. Kids can enjoy three hours of non-stop activities, including yoga and movement, games and sports, arts and crafts and calming group meditation.

With spring now sprung, we are delighted to bring you our latest sales and construction update at Elements – there is plenty happening in and around our community. Construction is in full force with road boxing and capping underway in Stages 13 and 14.

Spring is on the doorstep and we can feel the days getting longer already. With the weather warming up, we’ve already begun exploring new local destinations for weekend outings.

Elements has recently celebrated its 1,000th purchasers – Rachana, Tek, and their 3-year-old son. The family recently moved from Sydney to Melbourne in search of an affordable home.

As our community continues to grow, construction is charging ahead at Elements. With so much happening throughout the entire community, we are excited to share with you the latest in sales and construction news.

Bring your toddler to Werribee Zoo any Sunday in June to experience stories from countries and cultures presented through books, interactive puppet shows and music. African storyteller and special guest Valanga Khoza will be telling traditional African tales by the fire at the Hippo Tourist Hut.

As the Elements community continues to establish with every day passing, we’re excited to share with you the latest in sales and construction news. Civil works across Stages 10A and 12A are now complete with compliances imminent, meaning titles are expected are just around the corner – an exciting milestone for those set to reside in these stages.

Our Easter egg hunt was a fun day for all, with the Easter Bunny coming along for a special appearance!
