As part of the original Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) gazetted in 2014 that governs Elements, an area within the community was designated as a non-government school site in consultation with, and at the request of, the Catholic Education Office (CEO). ID_Land was committed to working with the Catholic Education Office to bring this school to life, identifying the significant benefits this would bring to the residents of Elements, and the wider community.

Elements is already a close-knit community, and as 2020 progresses, more and more families are heading online and picking up the phone to secure their slice of Melbourne’s west. The many lifestyle amenities within, and nearby to, Elements make it the perfect place for young families, with parklands, nearby retail centres and local schools all bolstering its popularity.

Elements is already a close-knit community in one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing regions, Truganina. The estate boasts connectivity to the CBD, ample public transport options nearby, parklands, nearby tourist attracts – such as the famous Werribee Open Range Zoo – and so much more.

The winter period is the perfect time to get out into the garden and get cracking on that brand new veggie patch! While it may seem like winter isn’t conducive to growing vegetables, there are actually several that thrive in the colder conditions.

ID_Land’s already tight-knit community of Elements has been buzzing with activity over the last few weeks, with construction continuing amidst social distancing measures. The area’s signature waterway is almost complete, giving the project a natural, picturesque wetland and providing residents with a stunning area for a sunset walk within minutes of their home.

At Elements we believe that a connected community is a kinder, happier and safer community. That’s why we have teamed up with Neighbourhood Watch Victoria as one of its “Building Community Together” partners.

Elements, in the rapidly growing urban hub of Truganina, is continuing its evolution into a fully-fledged community, with construction advancing across the development. Buyers in Stage 7 will be celebrating their titles, which have just been issued.
