The team at Elements is proud to share our latest construction update. In exciting news, Stage 27 civil works were recently completed!

Over the past month at Elements, the team has been working hard across all areas under construction. In Stage 27, construction is nearing completion and early authority inspections are set to commence shortly.

As we enter the second half of 2023, works around Elements continue to progress on the final Stage and the Woods and Doherty’s Road intersection. In Stage 27, footpath and driveway construction is now underway, with topsoiling works to nature strips expected to commence later this month.

We have seen another busy month in May at Elements, as the team continues to work hard across the areas under construction. In Stage 27, kerb and channel works have been completed, and the base course asphalt was laid.

Families at Elements will soon be receiving first–class local schools with the unveiling of designs for the Truganina North Education Precinct. The Government have released the first images of the design for the Truganina North Education Precinct which will be able to enrol up to 2050 students from Kinder through to Year 12 upon completion.

Over the past month at Elements, our team has been working hard across all projects under construction. In Stage 27, road crossings are near completion with watermains works currently underway.

With 2023 now in full swing, we are pleased to share our first construction update of the year. In exciting news, Stage 26 has achieved Statement of Compliance (SOC) and is now settled!
