Sales and Construction Update

Over the past month at Elements, the team has been working hard across all areas under construction.

In Stage 27, construction is nearing completion and early authority inspections are set to commence shortly. Due to some minor delays, the new expected settlement timing for this stage is early October 2023.

Over at the Northern wetlands, landscaping continues.

Construction on the Woods and Doherty’s intersection continues to progress well, with the southern portion of Woods Road seeing excavation works to subgrade nearing completion, and electrical trenching and conduit installation underway. The road construction layer and capping layer is set to commence shortly.
