Sales and Construction Update

As we enter the second half of 2023, works around Elements continue to progress on the final Stage and the Woods and Doherty’s Road intersection.

In Stage 27, footpath and driveway construction is now underway, with topsoiling works to nature strips expected to commence later this month. We are pleased to report that the expected settlement timing for Stage 27 is early-September! We look forward to welcoming Elements’ final stage of residents to complete their dream builds.

Over at the Woods and Doherty’s Road intersection, guard rail installation has commenced at the southwest end of Doherty’s Road. As for the southwest end of Woods Road, drainage works and subgrade excavation has recently commenced.

There are only a limited number of lots in Elements’ final stage remaining! Now is your time to join the thriving Truganina community and be spoilt with nearby amenity such as the under-construction Truganina North Education Precinct, future Truganina Central, waterways, parks, wetlands and more.
