Sales and Construction Update

We have seen another busy month in May at Elements, as the team continues to work hard across the areas under construction.

In Stage 27, kerb and channel works have been completed, and the base course asphalt was laid. Conduits are now complete and NBN installation and footpath works are set to commence this month.

Over at the Woods and Dohertys Road intersection, traffic signal conduits have been laid at the Northern section of Woods Road, electrical conduits have been installed at the south-eastern section of Woods Road, and base course asphalt has been laid at the southwestern section of Doherty’s Road. Meanwhile, road drainage has now commenced at the south-western section of Woods Road.

At the Northern Waterway and Wetland, landscape preparation works are set to commence shortly.

A small number of lots remain in Elements’ final release. Now is your time to join the thriving Truganina community, be spoilt with nearby amenity such as the under-construction Truganina North Education Precinct, future Truganina central, waterways, parks, wetlands and more.
