Sales and Construction Update

Over the past month at Elements, the team has been working hard across all areas under construction.

In Stage 27, kerb and channel works are underway and watermain pipework was completed. Subgrade excavation and capping layer works also saw progress throughout the month.

In the Northern Wetlands, topsoil and civil works are now complete. Landscape works are expected to commence after Authority inspections of the civil works have been completed.

Over at the Woods Road and Doherty’s Road intersection the northern and southern sections of Woods Road have seen kerb and channel works completed, and the base course asphalt layer laid. Works on the south-western section of the intersection is scheduled to commence shortly.
