Sales and Construction Update

Over the past month at Elements, our team has been working hard across all projects under construction.

In Stage 27, road crossings are near completion with watermains works currently underway. Following these activities, excavation to road subgrade will commence paving the way for the final residential stage at Elements!

Over at the Northern Wetlands, topsoiling was recently completed and footpath construction is nearing completion. With Civil Practical Completion imminent, landscaping works are expected to commence in the coming weeks!

At the Woods and Dohertys Roads Intersection, the team is busy completing excavation to road subgrade on the south side of Dohertys Road, with road construction progressing on the northern side of the road in preparation for base course asphalt in the coming weeks.
