Sales and Construction Update

With 2023 now in full swing, we are pleased to share our first construction update of the year. In exciting news, Stage 26 has achieved Statement of Compliance (SOC) and is now settled! We welcome our Stage 26 purchasers to the community and wish them well in their construction journey.

Over in Stage 27, bulk earthworks, sewerage and drainage works were recently completed, paving the way for the team to commence watermains works.

In the Northern Wetlands, the team has recently poured sediment concrete bases, and are currently undertaking final grading in preparation for the construction of maintenance tracks and footpaths.

At the Woods and Dohertys Roads Intersection, teams are busy carrying out drainage works on the south side of Dohertys Road, and have commenced road construction on the northern side of the road.
