Sales and Construction Update

As we bid our goodbye to 2022, December marked another busy month for the Elements Team in Truganina.

In Stage 26, topsoiling and electrical testing has recently been completed, with Practical Completion (PC) anticipated imminently. Once PC has been received, Statement of Compliance (SOC) will be issued allowing lodgement for Titles which are forecast to register in mid-January 2023. Over in Stage 27, site establishment and Council pre-commencement have been completed, allowing bulk earthworks to commence in January 2023!

Elsewhere at Elements, the Woods and Dohertys Intersection works have commenced with temporary fencing has now in place, and rock works and drainage currently underway on Dohertys Road.

In more exciting news, Elements is Growing with the future retail precinct, Community Centre and Truganina North Secondary School (interim name) having all now officially commenced construction!
