Sales and Construction Update
As we enter the final quarter of the year, works continue to progress across the final Stages around Elements.
Line marking alongside Sewer, Water & Electrical testing have all recently been completed in Stage 25 and Practical Completion (PC) was recently achieved. Statement of Compliance (SOC) is now imminent, and Titles are forecast to register in October 2022. Valuations access is now available on Stage 25 – for more details contact the Sales Office.
Over in Stage 26, concrete pours to footpaths and vehicle crossovers were recently completed. Sewer and Water testing as well as final topsoiling of the lots is currently progressing. Titles Registration for Stage 26 is anticipated in November 2022. Stage 26 purchasers will receive details for valuations access in the coming weeks
