School Site Update

We are today writing with fantastic news; the Victorian Government has signed a contract for the purchase of the school site at Elements.

This marks an important milestone in the site’s journey – which began in 2012 with a meeting between ID_Land and the Catholic Education Office (CEO). This result follows an exhaustive process that has spanned nearly ten years of meetings, negotiations and consultations led by our development team.

The ID_Land team has been driving the process of securing a school at Elements; encompassing negotiations with government bodies, consultation with the CEO and other prospective education providers, and working through all aspects of the planning process.

The site at Elements will be home to the new junior campus of Truganina North Secondary School (interim name), complementing the senior campus which will be built on nearby Morris Road. It will also be home to a future primary school and kindergarten.

The ID_Land team is pleased to have been able to secure an educational provider for the Elements and wider Truganina communities and will continue to provide further updates as they become available.
