We are writing today to share another update on the proposed future school site at Elements.
The team at ID_Land has this month begun an expression of interest (EOI) campaign for the school site, which will advertise to potential education operators.
The 5.4ha site will be advertised across the country, ensuring maximum audience reach.
The EOI campaign will last for six weeks, allowing the team ample time to liaise with all interested parties, of which there are already several.
ID_Land’s commitment to retaining the school site for the next 18-24 months remains unchanged, and it is still our top priority to secure a buyer for the site in the next six weeks.
