Elements: The Year Ahead

Happy new year from the Elements team! Looking back on 2019, we are celebrating all the progress within our Truganina community and looking ahead at what’s to come this year.

In 2019, we were proud to launch a stunning new display village alongside our valued builder partners. We also celebrated the completion of Elements’ Stage 9 park and of course the announcement of Truganina Central Shopping Centre; the future retail hub which includes Coles and 15 speciality shops that will be within walking distance of all residents.

Stages 7, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 22 all received titles in 2019, pushing over 1,000 soon-to-be residents one step closer to the reality of living in their dream home at Elements.

As we move further into 2020 and works are completed in various locations, the community will be buzzing with activity in areas such as the Forsyth Wetlands, which has commenced construction and is due for completion in April. In addition, the Stage 14 and Stage 18 parks are both also forecast to be ready in time for the Easter bunny’s next visit in April.

As the Elements community grows and develops, the Elements team is proud to announce a new partnership with Neighbourhood Watch for 2020 and beyond, which will work to assist the community in things like maintaining cleanliness and preventing unlawful rubbish dumping, while promoting tight-knit relationships between neighbours and encouraging the Elements community to support one another.

Commencing from April, the Elements team will be completing upgrades to public roads including the Woods Road and Dohertys Road intersection, further upgrades to Woods Road and the signalisation of the intersection at Morrison Road and Dohertys Road.

Civil works will commence on Stage 24 in February, while works in Stage 21 are due for completion in the second quarter of 2020.

Building on the strong momentum of the past year, 2020 will see Elements continue to grow into an even bigger community populated by friendly faces, stunning streetscapes and sprawling open spaces.
