SALES AND CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Time is flying this year already and here at Elements construction is too.  Since the beginning of the year, our construction team have been working hard and as a result, we are excited to announce the launch of our brand new Sales Office, located on the corner of Morris and Dohertys Road, within our second display village.

DV2 will officially launch in the next couple of months, however there are a handful of builders who have already opened their doors for home-hunters including Carlisle Homes, Boutique Homes, Homebuyers Centre and Simonds.

Around the community it is all systems go! Road and pavement works are underway in Stage 7 as topsoil works advance in Stages 14, 17 and 18. In Stage 13, footpath construction is progressing well and road boxing continues to progress in Stage 19. Road capping in Stage 15 is now complete with kerb and channel works currently underway. Finally, drainage and sewer works are progressing in Stages 20 and 22 respectively.

Having sold 1068 lots to date, Elements continues to attract buyers with the premium lifestyle it offers. There are still opportunities to join our community with lots currently available in Stages 22 and 24A. Both these Stages offer a selection of lot sizes to accommodate a variety of buyers.
