SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

With the end of 2018 quickly approaching, the progress that has occurred at Elements over the last couple of months.

We are pleased to announce that this month we have received statement of compliance for Stage16, meaning 121 new purchasers will settle on their blocks later this month, with construction on their homes to begin shortly after.

Elsewhere around the community, construction teams are hard at work across multiple stages. Water works have recently been completed in Stage 7 and road base works have commenced.

Currently road base works are underway in Stage 15 and electrical works in Stages 13 and 14 are in progress. Kerb construction has begun in Stage 17 and 18, while bulk earthworks have commenced in Stage 19 and 20.

Stage 22 is now selling as our community continues to grow, with bulk earthworks in this Stage to commence in the coming weeks. Featuring a number of generously sized lots, located on tree-lined streets near Skeleton Creek, Stage 22 presents the perfect opportunity for anybody interested in making Elements home.
