COMING HOME TO ELEMENTS

Elements has recently celebrated its 1,000th purchasers – Rachana, Tek, and their 3-year-old son.

The family recently moved from Sydney to Melbourne in search of an affordable home. Initially renting in Sunshine, Rachana and Tek were looking to lay their roots permanently in a home that was truly their own.

“The prospect of buying our first family home was initially daunting – we didn’t want to compromise on anything,” said Rachana.

“Buying a land parcel at Elements means we can build our dream home with all the design features our family needs.”

“477sqm was the perfect lot size for us, generous but not too big that we can’t maintain the garden – it’s exactly what we need at this stage in our lives.”

Rachana and Tek plan to build a double-storey house with three bedrooms and a study. Ideally, their kitchen will overlook the back garden, so they can watch their child play while they prepare meals.

When asked what the family is most looking forward to about moving in, they said they were very excited about the parklands and deliberately purchased in Elements, close to the playground areas and cycling trails within the estate.

“We love spending our weekends and spare time completely immersed in nature, getting out and about as much as we can.”

“Elements really ticked all of our boxes. The location was a big drawcard for us offering proximity to shops, transport and open spaces,” said Rachana.

As well as being close to pre-established community offerings, Rachana and Tek were excited about the future public amenity to come for the region, such as the planned Truganina railway station, which will be a two-minute drive from their new house once complete.

“I work in the city so being close to public transport was a very important consideration. I’ll be taking the train every day to and from work,” said Rachana.

We look forward to welcoming Rachana, Tek and their son in to the Elements community in the coming months.
