SALES AND CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

As the warmer weather heads our way, construction continues at Elements and sales are stronger than ever before.

Early August saw the release of The Riviera Release 17B, which had significant uptake from eager purchasers looking to make the move to Elements. Last week saw the exciting launch of the Townhouse Release, which boasts extensive views of the Forsyth Wetlands. As well as great views, the Townhouse release is walking distance to the future Elements Shopping Centre, which will house 15 speciality retail stores and a major supermarket – just one of the many reasons to call Elements home. Get in quickly before they sell out!

Construction continues to roar ahead for Stages 9 through to 12A, with Stages 13-16 due to commence in coming months. Additionally, the wetlands, culverts and signalised intersections are all currently under construction. Stage 9 has reached Statement of Compliance and has been lodged in the Titles Office, with Stages 10 and 11 not far behind – SoC on these is scheduled for mid-September.
