Ravi Thobula, A Sydenham resident, said he was excited to be named the lucky 250th purchaser, explaining that the decision to settle down at Elements couldn’t have been easier.
Mr Thobula and his family bought a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house and land package at the community after a long search for the perfect first home, and he plans to move in with his wife and two sons before Christmas next year.
“ The combination of location, lifestyle benefits, abundant natural parklands, access to amenities and easy transportation to my job in the CBD meant a huge win for us.
“Being so close to the proposed Truganina train line will make getting to work an absolute breeze, plus the projected suburb growth means it makes sense long-term for our family’s future,” he said.
Ravi, who works as a Financial Planner, said he was most excited about having a big backyard and the chance to interact with a close-knit community.
“My wife and I were really drawn to the community aspect of Elements. The Truganina area is flourishing and the local shopping and dining amenities are growing quickly,” he said.
“Having close access to local education precincts is great for the boys. Another drawcard is the relatively low-traffic volume in the area, making it really simple to get from A to B,” he said.
Ravi said the Elements sales staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
“They’ve been more than helpful and how they work with people is a clear indicator of their sales success. From day one they’ve been amazing and were so hands on with their approach which truly stands out from the rest,” he said.
“They were always there to assist and always gave an immediate response to any query – which is excellent to see.
“We are currently renting a two-bedroom home and are so excited to move into our new spacious home at Elements when it’s ready,” he said.
