ELEMENTS CELEBRATES ITS 150TH PURCHASER!!
Elements is thrilled to have reached an exciting milestone with the team recently celebrating its 150th sale!
The community’s 150th purchasers, Eileen and David Gardner, had been searching far and wide across the City of Wyndham and beyond for the past six months to find the perfect location to downsize from their existing family home, before finding their ideal block of land at Elements.
The couple purchased a prime 400sqm block overlooking Skeleton Creek, where Eileen says she is looking forward to relaxing by the water and taking in the views.
“ The idea of living opposite Skeleton Creek really enticed us as we are keen to enjoy a peaceful environment now that both our children have left home.
“ We are thinking about retiring in a few years’ time so we will soon have more time to enjoy the view.
“ We looked around for the perfect block of land for what seemed like forever, and in the end we couldn’t go past Elements due to the location, size of the block and the overall masterplan which we think is going to look fantastic.
“ The other blocks we looked at in nearby estates either didn’t have nice aspects or weren’t big enough so this will be the best of both worlds.
“ The nearby Tarneit Train Station is also a bonus, as is the future Truganina Train Station which, when built, will be located within an easy walk from home.
“ We are excited to see the creek bed develop over the next few years and hopefully there’ll be lots of greenery and birdlife once it establishes!” Eileen said.
